A Case Report of Chronic Cystitis in Menopausal Woman Improved by Combined Treatment of Korean Medicine with Hyeongbangsabaek-san

Abstract
|
|
|
Objectives : The purpose of this study is to report the effects of korean medical treatment on chronic cystitis in menopausal woman.
Methods : The patient in this case was 50-year-old female who was diagnosed with chronic cystitis. The patient received combination treatment of Korean medicine and the treatment included acupuncture, moxibustion, and pharmacoacupuncture.
Results : After treatment, the clinical symptoms such as dysuria, frequent urination and nocturia were improved.
Conclusions : This case report shows that the combined treatment of Korean medicine with may be effective for chronic cystitis in menopausal woman.
